Customers

When you create an account we store your name, email and team through Clerk, and your billing details through Stripe. We never see full card numbers. We email you about your account, releases and billing through Resend. Our database runs on Neon and the app on Vercel.

Houses

We photograph single-family houses from the public street, blur faces and licence plates before storage, record the house's address and our 1–5 score, and note which houses our review flagged for follow-up. That is the data we sell.

What we do not collect or sell

We do not collect, store, show or export owner names, mailing addresses, phone numbers or emails, and the parts of our systems that serve customers cannot reach any such data.

Homeowners

If you would rather your house were left out, tell us here. We handle requests by hand and do not keep the details you send us beyond acting on them.

Cookies

We use the session cookies our sign-in provider needs and no advertising trackers.

Your rights

Email hello@neighborcrm.com to access, correct or delete your customer data. Deleting your team cancels its subscriptions and removes its access.
